These terms govern use of Pioneer Circles public websites and preliminary membership, routing and relationship workflows.

Submitting an application, joining a workflow or paying an applicable membership fee does not create guaranteed referrals, project awards, territory rights, exclusivity, professional status or acceptance into a particular engagement.
Legal, accounting, health, real-estate, construction, technology, energy, security and other specialist work remains subject to the terms, licensing requirements and engagement documents of the responsible provider.
Commercial referral economics are available only to active verified partners where an applicable written agreement provides for them. A casual introduction or website submission does not create an automatic right to compensation.
Pioneer Circles names, marks, platform content and proprietary materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Members remain responsible for content and materials they lawfully contribute.
Executed membership, partnership, referral, event, service or other written agreements control whenever they address the same subject more specifically.
